I can’t find the product I am looking for?

We are continually expanding our product range and if there is anything you can not find, please advise us.

How much is postage and packaging?

Postage is charged per order, not per item:

We offer free postage to the UK, delivery should  take 1- 3 working days

Next Day delivery is available and costs £4.95 per order

Rest of Europe - Price varies with weight.
Rest of the world - Price varies with weight.

When will my order be posted?

We will endeavour to despatch on the same day all orders received before 11:00am UK local time, Monday to Friday.

How can I pay?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, Delta and Electron.

When will I pay?

Payment will be required at the time of placing your order. If you are buying from outside the UK, your credit card will be debited in UK pounds and your credit card company will exchange it into your home currency at the time of the transaction. Your bank or credit card company may apply a charge when currency conversion is made. Please note that we cannot accept any liability for these charges, and in the event of order cancellation, we will not be able to refund any charges. We will only issue refunds up to the total value of the goods within any order placed (plus postage and packing charges where applicable).

Why has my payment been declined?

Card payments can be declined for a variety of reasons:
Have you entered your billing address correctly (the address where the card is registered to)?
Have you entered your personal details correctly?
Is you card out of date?
If the problem persists please contact your bank or card issuer.

Why haven't I received my order?

Delivery should normally take 1 - 3 working days, however we ask you to allow up to 5 working days for delivery to the UK, 12 working days for delivery to the rest of Europe or 15 working days for delivery to the rest of the world. If your order has not arrived within this time, please email Customer Services: clothesstore (at) theclothesstore.com quoting your order number.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order on-line at any point up to the completion of the SEC-PAY secure payment section at the checkout. Beyond this point please email our customer services department contact@theclothesstore.com quoting your order number.

What is your returns policy?

All our products come with a 28 day money back guarantee. So you can shop with us with complete peace of mind. If there is any reason whatsoever that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase just return it to us within the 28 days in its original condition for a full no quibble refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Why can’t I add items to my Basket?
